Can you work with my insurance company?
That is what we do, we work with your insurance company as your agent and fight for you. Using state-of-the-art estimating programs, we can secure and agree upon a price of repair with your insurance company. We can prepare a thorough scope of repairs needed for your work and the only out of pocket cost you should expect is your insurance deductible. We are listed on many insurance company’s vendor programs which means we have met their criteria and have experience of working directly with their adjusters. Over the years, we have worked with practically all insurance companies and have developed good relationships with their adjusters by being fair to them and by making sure you are well represented.
Can Endurant work with my insurance company/adjuster to handle my claim?
Yes! Endurant Disaster Recovery is a preferred vendor with most insurance carriers. We will communicate with your local agency throughout the restoration process. Our Project Managers have experience working directly with many local adjusters as well.
How long will it be before a Project Manager can inspect the damages to my property?
Our Project Managers strive to inspect all new losses within 24-48 hours. However, Emergency Services for board ups and/or water mitigation are available 24/7 if needed.
Can Endurant coordinate all aspects of the repairs needed as part of my insurance claim?
Yes! Endurant is a full-service General Contractor that can handle your repairs from start to finish. Our Project Managers are knowledgeable in all aspects of Construction. If Water Mitigation is needed, our team will step in and assess the damage before repairs begin. Our Contents division can also professionally pack, move, and store your contents safely while repairs are in progress.
Can Endurant restore Residential and Commercial properties?
Absolutely! Endurant has the equipment and tools needed to assess any damage in a commercial space. For the structure aspect, our Project Managers have background knowledge and experience working in both residential and commercial.
